Selbach Oster Riesling Noble Rot is a German sweet wine from the Mosel region, made by Weingut Selbach-Oster from Riesling grapes affected by botrytis cinerea. From steep vineyards with slate soils, it delivers intense aromas and great varietal purity. The nose unfolds notes of apricot, honey, candied citrus and flowers. On the palate it is luscious yet vibrant, with marked acidity that balances the sweetness and brings freshness and length. A wine of great complexity and elegance, ideal for special moments or as a dessert wine.
