Toro Albalá Don PX Cosecha is a sweet fortified wine from Montilla-Moriles made exclusively from sun-dried Pedro Ximénez grapes. After harvest, the grapes are laid out in the sun to concentrate sugars and aromas before fermentation. It shows intense notes of dried figs, raisins, dates and caramel. On the palate it is luscious and deep, balanced by a touch of freshness that avoids cloying sweetness. A wine of great intensity and complexity that reflects the historic tradition of Bodegas Toro Albalá.
