Barbadillo Amontillado Principe

Barbadillo Amontillado Príncipe is a fortified wine made by Bodegas Barbadillo in Jerez. From Palomino Fino grapes and aged under the traditional criaderas and solera system, it combines an initial stage of biological ageing under flor with a subsequent oxidative phase. The nose shows notes of nuts, toasted hazelnut and light saline hints. On the palate it is dry, structured and elegant, with marked persistence and a piercing finish that reflects its Atlantic origin. A classic, precise Amontillado with great personality.
