Form, expenses and shipping period

THE SHOP sends the orders to its clients residing in the Iberian Peninsula and Balearic Islands through different transport companies being TIPSA the main one. The transport deadlines can be altered by extraordinary incidents in the transporter and by difficulties in the delivery of the merchandise. THE STORE excludes any liability for delays caused by the transportation agency, but does agree to reinstate within a reasonable time any order that has been damaged or lost by that agency.

 

5. Courses Rules

5.1 SPECIAL CONDITIONS ON THE WSET CORUSES

The registration to the course will not be effective until the confirmation of the payment of the course and the corresponding delivery to info@thewineplace.es of the registration document fully completed and signed. Registration will be effective once receipt of the deposit or transfer is received at: info@thewineplace.es. Please indicate the course reference (appears in the corresponding program) and the name of the student when making the transfer.

The cancellation of the course must be communicated via email to info@thewineplace.es. Said cancellation must be canceled 15 days before the start of the course. Otherwise, no return is required. Once the cancellation process has been accepted and confirmed, the return will be made within 15 days. Canceled and confirmed registrations will be returned in full.

If the candidate cannot attend the course, they can keep their place for the next course, transfer their place to another person, provided they notify 15 days before the start of the course. The candidate is solely responsible for notifying VERDE MARTE S.L.U. any change in your personal data.

The candidate may delay the exam date as long as they notify it 20 days before the scheduled date. You can take the exam on any date scheduled for an exam of the same level, specifically in the language (Spanish or English).

5.2 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ABOUT WSET COURSES

VERDE MARTE S.L.U. reserves the right to cancel, or a course is approved up to 10 days before the start date of the course if a minimum number of students enrolled to complete the course is covered or in the event of exceptional exceptions. VERDE MARTE S.L.U. recommends a responsible consumption and use of alcoholic beverages.

The data contained in this sheet is a sworn statement, so VERDE MARTE S.L.U. reserves the right to cancel the registration if it is found that they do not correspond to reality.

5.3 INFORMATION ABOUT THE COURSE BONUS

The courses in which they are indicated are Partial bonifiable through the Fundae. If you are interested in bonus, contact us and we will inform you of the requirements and procedures to follow. The minimum term to provide the documentation that has to be managed before the Foundation is 10 days before the start of the course.

 

6. Forms of payment

8. Return and exchange guarantee

If when you receive the goods and you are not satisfied, THE STORE returns your money. Our main goal is complete customer satisfaction, and of course you find your wine style with our help. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the item purchased, you can return it to us within 7 business days, after receipt. Simply attach a note explaining the reason for the return and we will return the money, without any expense, and in the same way that was paid. In the event that the reason for the return was caused by damages during the transport, you must indicate to us within 24 hours, so that we can make the pertinent claim to the transport company.
