What methods of payment are accepted at TheWinePlace.com?

We accept bank transfer, credit card and Paypal. When a bank transfer is made we do not send the product until the payment has arrived. Please, if you use this method include our mail (wines@thewineplace.es) in the communication with your bank to be able to handle the order before.

How long will it take to get my order?

The wine is delivered within a maximum period of 24 / 72 working hours from receipt of the order and confirmation of payment. From our warehouse in Valencia the box is sent through courier service to your address.

Do you ship abroad?

No.

What do I do if a bottle gets damaged?

Contct us and we will solve it right away.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

No.

What happens if a wine is not as it should be?

We guarantee our wines are tasty. If for some reason you do not like a wine contact us and we will change you.
