PSI

PSI is a red wine from Ribera del Duero made by Dominio de Pingus, a project led by Peter Sisseck with the aim of working with small growers in the region. It comes from old dry-farmed vineyards on clay-limestone soils that provide balance and depth. Made predominantly from Tempranillo, complemented by Garnacha, it offers aromas of fresh red fruit, floral notes and subtle spicy nuances. On the palate it is elegant and balanced, with fine tannins, good acidity and a long, harmonious finish. A refined Ribera with great personality.
