Boniperti Vignaioli Bartön

Boniperti Vignaioli Bartön is a red wine from Alto Piemonte made by Azienda Agricola Boniperti in the Novara area. It is made mainly from Nebbiolo—locally known as Spanna—with small proportions of Vespolina and Uva Rara, following the tradition of northern Piedmont wines. Grown on volcanic and glacial-moraine soils, it offers aromas of red fruit, dried rose and light spicy touches. On the palate it is elegant and fresh, with fine tannins, good acidity and a long finish that reflects the area’s alpine, mineral character.
