Hispano Suizas Tantum Ergo Rosé

Tantum Ergo Rosé NV is a cava wine made by Bodegas Hispano+Suizas in Utiel-Requena using the traditional method, with a second fermentation in bottle and long ageing on the lees. It is made 100% from Pinot Noir from the estate’s high-altitude vineyards. It shows an attractive pale pink colour with fine, persistent bubbles. The nose offers aromas of fresh red berries, floral notes and delicate bakery nuances. On the palate it is elegant and creamy, with balanced acidity and a long, refined finish that places it among Spain’s great rosé sparkling wines.
