Description
Gramona Imperial is a sparkling wine from Penedès made by Gramona using the traditional method, with long ageing on the lees that far exceeds the minimum requirements. It is made mainly from Xarel·lo, complemented by Macabeo and small proportions of Chardonnay. Pale yellow in colour with fine, persistent bubbles, it offers aromas of ripe white fruit, citrus, bakery notes and nuts. On the palate it is creamy, fresh and elegant, with excellent balance and a long finish that reflects the house’s precision and classic style.
