Sumarroca Brut Rosé

Sumarroca Brut Rosé is a sparkling wine from Penedès, made by Bodegas Sumarroca using the traditional method. It is made mainly from Pinot Noir, which gives a pale rosé colour and a fresh, elegant expression. The nose offers aromas of red berries such as strawberry and raspberry, along with subtle floral notes. On the palate it is dry, balanced and shows a fine, persistent bead, with freshness and vibrancy. A versatile, refined rosé sparkling wine, ideal both as an aperitif and with light dishes.
