Description
Disfrutand0,0 Sparkling White is a dealcoholized and carbonated white made by Viñas Familia Gil from Verdejo. Its production is designed to preserve the character of the original wine through a careful dealcoholization process, creating an alcohol-free alternative with a fresh, floral and citrus-driven profile.
Winemaking, dealcoholization and subsequent carbonation take place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature until bottling. It has a pale straw-yellow colour with a lemon-toned rim and fine, persistent bubbles. The nose shows citrus, lime, white flowers and dry jasmine nuances. On the palate it is smooth, with moderate acidity and a pleasant sparkling sensation, resulting in a light and refreshing style that works particularly well alongside delicately flavoured dishes.
