The Cabernet fruit comes from the Colchagua valley which sits in the middle of Chile’s main central valley. Colchagua is widely regarded as one of the best locations for red varieties in Chile, in fact, the warm, Mediterranean type climate suits Cabernet really well, allowing it to ripen fully. We love the pure characteristics of blackcurrant and the aromas of green pepper and herbs that are always present in our cabernet blend.
