Picollo Ernesto Gavi

Picollo Ernesto Gavi is a white wine made in the Gavi appellation, in Piedmont, Italy, by Picollo Ernesto. It comes from vineyards on limestone and marl soils that provide freshness and elegance. Made exclusively from Cortese, it shows aromas of green apple, pear and light citrus and floral notes on the nose. On the palate it is fresh and balanced, with lively acidity, a light texture and a clean, persistent finish. A classic, refined Gavi that expresses the typicity of the area.
