Fuentes del Silencio Mataperezosa

Fuentes del Silencio Mataperezosa is a white wine from Castile and León made by Fuentes del Silencio from old vineyards in the Jamuz area of León. It is made mainly from the native Doña Blanca variety, with small proportions of other traditional local grapes. Grown on poor soils in a continental climate, it offers a fresh, expressive profile. It shows aromas of white fruit, wildflowers and subtle herbal notes. On the palate it is vibrant, with good acidity, a balanced texture and a long finish that reflects the character of León’s vineyards.
