The Garage Wine project began in 2015, in the small town of Quintanar de la Orden, by cousins Jesus and Julian Ajenjo, both with deep roots in local agriculture. They follow sustainable practices with minimum intervention and very low yields working mainly with indigenous grape varieties grown on vines often more than 50 years old. All the vines are dry farmed and the fermention is tradictional. The only objective is to make the wine transmite the character of where it is grown.
