Description
Disfrutand0,0 Red is a dealcoholized red made by Viñas Familia Gil from Monastrell and Syrah. The base wine is produced specifically for this project and then carefully dealcoholized in a dedicated facility within the winery, with the aim of preserving the original wine’s character. After vinification and dealcoholization, it is kept in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature until bottling.
It shows an intense cherry-red colour. The nose features red fruit, aromatic herbs and spices, together with hints of ripe fruit. On the palate it is strongly fruit-driven, with an elegant, balanced and vibrant profile. Its versatile style makes it suitable with pasta and mushrooms as well as fish, soft cheeses, white and red meats or roasted dishes.
