Description
Celler del Roure Safrà is a red wine made in Valencia by Celler del Roure, a project focused on recovering native Mediterranean varieties. It comes from dry-farmed vineyards on limestone soils that provide freshness and character. Made exclusively from Mandó, a historic Valencian variety, it shows aromas of fresh red fruit, Mediterranean herbs and a subtle spicy background on the nose. On the palate it is light and vibrant, with fine tannins, good acidity and an elegant, delicate finish. A fresh, original red that reclaims Valencian wine identity.
