Alberto Moro and Ángeles Ortega are the owners of El Lagar de Moha, a biodynamic winery in Rueda. He has always had the desire to set up his own winery and decided to do it together with his wife in 2018. Taking care of the biodiversity of the vineyard is fundamental for them, that is why all their wines and vineyards are certified as organic by the European Union. Part (93%) has been made in concrete tanks and the rest (7%) has been made by carbonic maceration following which both wines are blended. Very soft clarification with bentonite and filtering through natural cellulose.
