This Pinot Noir comes from a small Hacienda in The Andes where the 40-60 years old vines enjoy stony soils, glacial streams and pure mountain air. Temperatures are kept fairly low throughout the winemaking process, to allow the grapes to express their natural fruit characters such as raspberries and wild strawberries, balanced with subtle smoky notes and a deliciously lingering finish.
