Description
Prosper Maufoux Santenay Pinot Noir is a red wine from the Côte de Beaune in Burgundy, made exclusively from Pinot Noir from vineyards in the Santenay appellation. Grown on limestone soils with good exposure, it combines structure and elegance. Carefully vinified and partially aged in French oak, it offers aromas of red cherry, raspberry and light spicy nuances. On the palate it is balanced and fresh, with fine tannins, good acidity and a persistent finish that reflects Santenay’s refined, mineral character.
