Prosper Maufoux Montagny 1er Cru is a white wine from the Côte Chalonnaise in Burgundy, made exclusively from Chardonnay from Premier Cru-classified vineyards in the Montagny appellation. Grown on limestone soils that bring freshness and minerality, it is vinified to achieve a balance between fruit and elegance. It shows aromas of citrus, green apple and white flowers, with subtle toasty notes from partial ageing in oak. On the palate it is structured and vibrant, with precise acidity and a long, mineral finish that reflects Burgundy’s classic character.
