Nivarius

Nivarius is a Rioja white wine made by Bodegas Nivarius, a project focused exclusively on white varieties grown in higher-altitude areas within the appellation. Made mainly from Viura from cool vineyards, it aims to preserve aromatic expression and natural acidity. The nose shows aromas of white fruit, citrus and subtle floral notes. On the palate it is fresh and balanced, with good structure, a fine texture and a clean, persistent finish. A modern Rioja white that combines precision, freshness and a food-friendly character.
