Leeu Passant Cabernet Sauvignon is a red wine from Stellenbosch made by Mullineux & Leeu Family Wines from historic vineyards planted on granite and alluvial soils. Made 100% from Cabernet Sauvignon, it ferments traditionally and ages in French oak barrels, seeking purity and elegance. It shows intense aromas of blackcurrant, plum and graphite, alongside notes of cedar and fine spices. On the palate it is structured and precise, with firm, polished tannins, balanced freshness and a long finish that reflects the classic character of South Africa’s great Cabernets.
