Fontodi Chianti Classico is a DOCG red wine from the Chianti Classico area, made by Fontodi, one of the region’s historic benchmarks. Produced mainly from Sangiovese grown in organic vineyards in the Panzano in Chianti valley, it clearly expresses the Tuscan character. On the nose it offers aromas of red cherry, violets and spicy notes. On the palate it is elegant and structured, with firm yet polished tannins and lively acidity that brings balance and length. An authentic, food-friendly Chianti Classico with great ageing potential.
