Alberto Moro and Ángeles Ortega are the owners of El Lagar de Moha, a biodynamic winery in Rueda. He has always had the desire to set up his own winery and decided to do it together with his wife in 2018. Taking care of the biodiversity of the vineyard is fundamental for them, that is why all their wines and vineyards are certified as organic by the European Union. This wine is made in concrete tanks with the yeasts present in the grape skins. Subsequently it has been aged in clay amphoras on fine lees for 15 months. Only 900 bottles are made. The wine has not been filtered or clarified.
