Genus Vinum is the personal project of Ana Mendez in Puga, Ourense. Versatus is a wien that is the result of years of experience from working in the vineyards and the winery, looking after the vines and the wines with great care. Following fermentation, this wine spent six months in contact the lees and after being bottled, a further six months in the cellar before being released onto the market.
