La Nave Tinto is the soul of MacRobert & Canals, a family winery leading the vibrant “new wave” of Rioja. This wine rejects heavy oak influence, choosing instead to champion freshness and the authentic voice of the land. By sourcing from across all three Rioja sub-regions, it captures the heartbeat of the entire denomination in a single bottle.The project is a labor of love: many of their steep, inaccessible plots are still ploughed by mule, honoring traditional viticulture and environmental sustainability. Influenced by world-class terroir-driven philosophies, winemaker Bryan MacRobert prioritizes the vineyard over the cellar. With a very limited production, La Nave is an exclusive tribute to complexity and character—a wine that doesn’t just represent a place, but a modern revolution in Spanish winemaking.
