Description
Disfrutand0,0 White is a dealcoholized white wine made by Viñas Familia Gil from Verdejo. The project was created to preserve the character of the original wine after removing the alcohol, using a dedicated facility within the winery in Jumilla, Murcia. Its style focuses on freshness and the aromatic expression of the grape.
Vinification, dealcoholization and subsequent storage take place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature until bottling. The nose shows citrus aromas, a touch of lime and white flowers, together with dry floral nuances reminiscent of jasmine. It is best served well chilled. Its light, aromatic character makes it particularly suitable with fish, seafood, salads, pasta, cheeses and rice dishes.
