The winery was founded in 1997 in O Rosal, Rias Baixas, in the south of Galicia, a place with a lot of influence from the Atlantic and the Miño river. After a manual harvest in 20kg boxes, there is a manual selection when the bunches are in the cellar. Cold maceration (10ºC) for 6 hours. Following a gentle pressing of the grapes and fermentation there is aging on the lees of the Albariño and Loureiro varieties for two months.
