Paranga, “The Shack” in Greek, takes its name from the state of the Kir-Yianni winery in Amyndeon, back in 1997 when Yiannis Boutaris bought it. Today he is one of the leading figures in the Greek wine industry, is owns some of the most spectacular vineyards in Greece, over a hilly landscape of 56 ha.
