Description

André Delorme Crémant de Bourgogne Brut is a white sparkling wine made in Burgundy by a House founded in Rully in 1942 and closely linked to the region’s sparkling-wine tradition. Its blend brings together Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Aligoté and Gamay, four emblematic Burgundian varieties, with a style focused on freshness and balance.

The wine is made using the traditional method, with a second fermentation in bottle, and spends 12 months on its lees. In the glass it shows fine bubbles and a fresh expression of white fruit, citrus and apple, together with delicate minerality and lightly toasted brioche notes. The palate is dry, light and creamy, with lively freshness and a clean finish that preserves its fruity and subtly toasted character.
