Boutinot winemakers Guillaume Letang and Julien Dugas made the Sur La Côte range of wines from grapes grown in vineyards in the Languedoc in southern France. The objective was to make wines that reflected the region and the climate. They selected local grapes Terret and Rolle and added Viognier to add a some more aromatic character.
