Saurus Chardonnay

Saurus Chardonnay is a Patagonian white wine made by Familia Schroeder in San Patricio del Chañar. Made 100% from Chardonnay, it comes from vineyards in a cool, windy climate that promotes slow, balanced ripening. Part of the wine may be fermented or briefly aged in oak, adding complexity without losing freshness. It offers aromas of green apple, pear and citrus notes, accompanied by subtle tropical nuances. On the palate it is fresh and balanced, with good acidity, an approachable texture and a clean finish that reflects Patagonia’s elegant character.
