Prosper Maufoux Bourgogne Pinot Noir is a Burgundy red wine made exclusively from Pinot Noir from selected parcels in the regional Bourgogne appellation. Vinified with respect for the fruit and partially aged in oak, it seeks a balance between freshness and elegance. It shows aromas of red cherry, raspberry and delicate floral notes, with subtle spicy nuances. On the palate it is fine and balanced, with supple tannins, vibrant acidity and a clean finish that reflects the classic, refined style of Burgundian Pinot Noir.
