Pagos del Moncayo is in Campo de Borja region, the birth place of the first Garnacha wine back in the XIII century. It was build by the Aibars family in 2006. A meticulous control of yields and biodynamic cultivation. The grapes are harvested by hand followed by traditional crushing by foot treading followed by ageing in French and American barrels for 10 months.
