M. Chapoutier Châteauneuf-du-Pape La Bernardine Rouge is an emblematic Southern Rhône red made mainly from Grenache, complemented by Syrah and Mourvèdre. From vineyards with galets roulés soils, it combines power and elegance. The nose offers aromas of ripe black fruit, spices, Mediterranean herbs and balsamic notes. On the palate it is broad, structured and persistent, with firm tannins and great depth. A classic Châteauneuf-du-Pape that authentically expresses the appellation’s warm, complex character.
