Louis Robin Chablis

Louis Robin Chablis is a white wine from the Chablis appellation in northern Burgundy, made by Louis Robin. From vineyards on limestone soils and Kimmeridgian marls, it is made exclusively from Chardonnay. The nose offers fresh aromas of citrus, green apple and delicate floral notes, with a marked mineral backbone. On the palate it is dry and precise, with lively acidity, an elegant texture and a long finish that reflects Chablis’ purity and typicity. A fresh, expressive Burgundian white.
