Description
Los Frailes Caliza Monastrell is an organic red wine made by Casa Los Frailes in the Valencian area of Fontanars dels Alforins. It comes from vineyards on limestone soils, which bring freshness and a mineral character to Monastrell. Made 100% from this native variety, it shows a clean, expressive profile. The nose offers aromas of ripe red and black fruit, balsamic notes and light spicy nuances. On the palate it is balanced, with good acidity, ripe tannins and a fresh finish that reflects the estate’s Mediterranean identity.
