Boutinot winemaker Samantha Bailey and Guillaume Letang made this Malbec from the outskirts of Limoux where the grapes receive the heat of the day, but being at altitude in the foothills of the Pyrenees benefit from the colder nights that allow a longer ripening of the grapes. Aromas of forest fruits like blueberries and cranberries with an attractive nose but with a rather soft finish but also bright and easy to drink.
