The winery was founded in 1997 in O Rosal, Rias Baixas, in the south of Galicia, a place with a lot of influence from the Atlantic and the Miño river. After a manual harvest in 20kg boxes, there is a manual selection when the bunches reach the cellar. Cold pre-maceration at 12ºC, controlled traditional fermentation at 21ºC and finally malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels to give a touch of complexity.
