J.M. Gobillard & Fils Blanc de Blancs Chardonnay is a Champagne made by J.M. Gobillard et Fils from selected Chardonnay grapes. This Blanc de Blancs reflects the fine, elegant style of the Côte des Blancs, with careful production using the traditional method and ageing on the lees. The nose offers aromas of citrus, green apple and delicate bakery notes. On the palate it is fresh and harmonious, with fine bubbles, balanced acidity and a clean, persistent finish. A refined sparkling wine, ideal for celebrations and special moments.
