Description
Fernando de Castilla Oloroso Antique is a fortified wine made in Jerez by Fernando de Castilla. From Palomino Fino grapes and aged entirely through oxidative ageing in the traditional criaderas and solera system, it develops great concentration and depth. The nose offers intense notes of walnut, fine wood and spicy hints, with an elegant, complex background. On the palate it is dry, broad and structured, with an enveloping texture and a long, persistent finish. A powerful yet refined, classic-style Oloroso.
