Casa de Uco is a boutique winery in the Uco Valley at an altitude of 1300 m. Cold winters and dry, hot summers with cool nights. These conditions together with the soils irrigated by glacial waters from the Andes Mountains, make it possible to obtain grapes of exceptional quality. Hand harvesting, minimal intervention in the fermantation followed by 15% of his wine has been aged for 6 months in used French barrels.
