Casa de Uco El Salvaje Organic Malbec is an Argentine red wine from the Uco Valley, made from organic high-altitude vineyards at the foot of the Andes. Made 100% from Malbec, it expresses the freshness and purity typical of this continental-climate terroir with marked day–night temperature swings. It shows intense aromas of plum and blackberry, with floral notes and subtle spicy nuances. On the palate it is juicy and balanced, with round tannins, good natural acidity and a persistent finish that reflects the vibrant character of mountain Malbec.
