Ébano Viñedos y Bodegas was founded in 2004, by the Valmiñor group, as a commitment to wine quality within the Ribera del Duero Denomination of Origin. 30% of the clusters are destemmed and vatted. Fermentation of about 20 days between 25 and 28 ºC. It undergoes malolactic fermentation and is then aged in French oak barrels for 14 months.
