Domaine Bousquets is in the Gualtallary Valley, a scenic, remote, arid terrain high in the Tupungato district of the Uco Valley in Argentina’s Mendoza region, close to the border with Chile, an ideal location in which to nurture organically-grown wines. In terms of exports among Argentine wineries it is the leader in organic wine.
The grapes are harvested during the last week of January until the beginning of April. Fermentation with selected yeasts at an average temperature of 26°C/79°F for 10 days.
