Caprasia Bobal Ánfora

Caprasia Bobal Ánfora is a red wine made by Bodegas Vegalfaro in the Utiel-Requena D.O. from the native Bobal variety. From organically farmed vineyards, it is vinified in clay amphorae, seeking a pure expression without the influence of oak. The nose shows fresh red fruit, floral notes and light mineral nuances. On the palate it is flowing, with fine tannins and good acidity, an elegant profile and a fresh finish that enhances Bobal’s Mediterranean character. An authentic red with a strong sense of place.
