Description

Domaine Boutinot La Côte Sauvage is a red wine from the Southern Rhône made mainly from Grenache sourced from stony, well-exposed hillside vineyards. Fermented with respect for the fruit and partially aged in oak, it expresses the region’s Mediterranean character with intensity and balance. It shows aromas of ripe red fruit, plum and aromatic herbs, with spicy touches. On the palate it is broad, structured and fresh, with polished tannins and a persistent finish that reflects Boutinot’s elegant, precise style.
