Domaine Boutinot is located in the heart of the Rhone. Cairanne is one of the most prestige villages in the Cote du Rhone and has its own appellation. This wine is made from a blend of 6 grapes, all hand picked and selected to ensure perfect ripeness. Traditional fermentation in large 6000L oak vats with natural yeasts, followed by 10 months ageing prior to being bottled.
