Finca Aylés is located in the northeast of Spain, near the city of Zaragoza, halfway between Madrid and Barcelona. It began in 1998 and today is the only Pago in the region. Since 2016 the estate has been 100% organic. This way has been aged in new and second fill French oak barrels for 10 months. Organic Wine 100%. Bacchus Gold Medal.
