Amisfield Dry Riesling is a white wine from Central Otago, New Zealand, made by Amisfield. It comes from vineyards in a continental climate with a wide diurnal range that favours slow, precise ripening. Made exclusively from Riesling, it shows aromas of lime, green apple and delicate floral notes with a subtle mineral background. On the palate it is dry and vibrant, with marked acidity, a light texture and a long, fresh finish. An elegant Riesling that combines aromatic purity with mineral tension.
